Rules for using the property selection service of cyberdefensse.com (PE), Kyiv, Ukraine.
1. Provider

2. Service
We are an information and search intermediary, not the owner, developer or landlord of any listing unless stated in writing. Details on location, land size, condition, infrastructure, fees and availability come from third parties, may change, and must be verified. Advertising is identifiable under Закон України № 270/96-ВР «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996.
3. Fees
Fees and commissions are disclosed before you instruct us. No charge arises without your prior written agreement.
4. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate details, use the service lawfully, do not scrape listings, and make your own checks before contracting.
5. Personal data
We process names, phone numbers, emails, property preferences and cookie identifiers with clear notice under Закон України № 2297-VI «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010. Non-essential cookies are set only after consent.
6. Liability
We are liable only for direct loss caused by our fault, within limits allowed by law, and not for third-party listing accuracy or transaction outcomes.
7. Complaints and redress
Email contact@cyberdefensse.com or call +380 508 036 8851; we reply within 30 days. Consumers may also complain to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or go to court under Закон України № 3153-IX «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023.
